Middle School Staff
Teacher,
Mr. Ken Koch
Mr. Koch is the son of a Lutheran Pastor and has attended Lutheran and
public schools throughout his life. He received his Bachelor of Science
degree in Education from Seward, NE in 1975. He has been teaching in
Lutheran schools since that time except for a three year period where he got
his A+P license and worked as an aircraft mechanic.

Mr.
Aaron DeLong
Mr. DeLong attended Trinity Lutheran School through 8th grade
and was confirmed here also. Upon graduating from St. Francis High School in
1999, Aaron enrolled at Bethel College in St. Paul. Aaron graduated from Bethel
College in 2003 with a degree in Social Studies Education. He has spent the last
3 years working full time in a group home for people with developmental
disabilities. Aaron enjoys coaching youth sports, and coached the 7th and 8th
grade basketball team at Trinity last season. Aaron has also coached youth
football for 5 years. He will continue to be active in the athletics program at
Trinity Lutheran School.
Teacher, Mr. Martin McGoey Mr. McGoey was born in Anoka,
Minnesota, and has lived in the St. Francis area for his entire life. Growing
up, his family was actively involved in Trinity Lutheran Church, fostering him
in his early years. He attended Trinity Lutheran School from Kindergarten
through 8th grade. McGoey was also confirmed at Trinity. After attending Trinity
Lutheran, he attended St. Francis High School, where he became interested in
studying English, as well as becoming involved in the Speech team, World
Language, and Broadcasting programs. He graduated from St. Francis in 2002, he next attended the University of Minnesota-Duluth, where he majored in Secondary
Education-English. After a year there, he decided to teach at private schools
instead of public schools. As a result, he left UMD to attend Concordia
University-Nebraska, majoring in Secondary Lutheran Education, with a
concentration on English and Theology. He graduated from Concordia University in
2006.

Miss Emilee Nieman
Miss Nieman is a
2007 graduate of Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she
specialized in secondary math and English. She was also active in drama at
the university. Miss Nieman was raised in Raytownship, Michigan, 40
miles north of Detroit. She attended Lutheran High School North in Macomb,
Michigan, and received her BA degree in secondary math and English from
Concordia University in Ann Arbor. Miss Nieman enjoys reading,
listening to music, jogging, and spending time with family and friends. She
enjoys working with people in the area of drama.

Mr. William Dunk
Mr. Dunk grew up in Texas where he attended St. Paul Lutheran School and
graduated from Concordia Lutheran High School in Austin Texas, in 1962.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Concordia Teachers
College in Seward, Nebraska in 1966. In 1972 , he earned a Master of
Science in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of
Wisconsin, Milwaukee. Mr. Dunk has served as teacher and administrator
in Lutheran Schools in Milwaukee, Schaumburg, ILL, Cedar Rapids, IA and St.
Francis where he started Trinity Lutheran School in 1980. Over the
years he has served on various committees and commissions of the Lutheran
Church-Missouri Synod. Mr. and Mrs. Dunk have two children and five
grandchildren.
